Maongezi na usikilizaji wahitaji kupokewa ka vile twajenga sipitali - nyumba ya kutibu ndugu zetu. Fundi seremala anahitaji kuambiwa kiungwana kuwa hata ka vile analipwa, anahitaji kuwa na moyo wa kuelewa kuwa anasaidia kujenga nyumba ambayo itatibu ndugu zake, majirani wake, nk - mbeleni. Nakutakieni kila la kheri. Sote twahitaji kuwa na tabia za kujitolea ama kujali kuwa na bidii ya ujenzi wa nchi/wilaya yetu badala ya tabia ya kuwa “hii ni kazi ya kulipwa, sijali angalau ntalipwa” … nakushukuruni nyie hapo wa PIUMA, manake mna tabia za kujali kujenga wilaya yetu. Asanteni.

* paraphrasing… we need to have in us and instill in builders that we and them are building something important that would actually service our own relatives and friends - now and in the future. Some of us tend to be short-sighted and interested in what personal profits we get now and tend to do a so-so job as we get paid and get away with un-audited jobs. Afrika and our district/village will be well-served when we all internalise that we are building our own lives…
